Our manual production team may review submitted media and story details solely to create the requested digital video. Do not upload material you do not have permission to share.

We retain media and order records only as long as reasonably needed to produce, deliver, support, and maintain records for your episode. To request deletion of eligible media or ask a privacy question, email team@my-business-9bg.madethis.app with your order reference. Deletion may limit our ability to provide revisions or support.

Payments are handled through MadeThis-hosted checkout. We do not ask you to enter card details on Plot Drop.
