REFUNDS + REVISIONS.

Because each episode is custom digital work, refund eligibility depends on whether production has begun and the circumstances of the request. Contact us as soon as possible at team@my-business-9bg.madethis.app with your order reference; we review requests case by case.

One revision is included after a completed episode is marked Ready. Revision requests should identify specific changes to the delivered cut. Additional revisions, major scope changes, or a new brief may require a separate purchase.

We cannot guarantee a refund for a change of mind after editing has started, for incomplete briefs, or for material we cannot use because permissions are missing. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
